The Final was a 20 lapper, Moss still held 3rd spot half way through however as the grip started coming his kart started to hop and caused him to lose momentum. Simon managed to hold it together and claim a brilliant 6th position in the 2011 Karting World Final. The pressure was on him as he was the only hopeful for South Africa in the Super Rok class.
This was Simon’s 4th top 6 position at the World Final showing he has the ability to run in front with the best from all over the World.
